I’m reposting a conversation from my interview on That Real Estate Tech Guy, hosted by Jordan Samuel Fleming, because it captures where I’m at right now with coliving and where I think the market is heading.

In this episode, I’m the one being interviewed, and I share how I accidentally stumbled into coliving back in 2011, started renting out a few spare rooms, and eventually reached financial freedom by age 23. What began as a simple way to avoid paying rent has now grown into more than 1,500 coliving doors between my own properties and the investors I mentor.
